We5 is a social Community which is built to bring together family members, friends and old class mates & many people come We5 to share feelings & photos ' We5 has many features which is guided by terms & condition thereby no term nor policy shall be broken in any way or any form & any account which fail to abide by the terms & condition will be handled accordingly Our goal is to create a Community were people share feelings & feel free with all individuals and also know that they are safe , that is why we have created our Terms & Condition as well as Privacy Policy which shall guide our community.

Criminal & violence act's:  Many individuals & groups come to We5 to meet new people & they also carry criminal & violence intentions this type of individuals & groups come in different style and we are working hard to make sure this kind of individuals do not disturb the peace of cool minded people on We5 Social & therefore any individual or group or organization found breaching this Policy will be handled accordingly.
2. Honesty & genuineness:  We5 is a Community filled with honest & genuine family & friends and this people are always happy to meet other people too & many other people will be coming as imposters & with decisive character and cruelty ' pretending to be another person ' if any account is found breaking this terms ' this account will be prevented from many features of We5 & possible in a life time by our facial recognition system.
3. Security:  Security has been our very priority & we are very much concerned about it, we know everyone needs security & that's why we always tell everyone to keep all their sensitive data to themselves & never disclose it to anyone' anyone found misusing We5 or is been reported to our security center will be banned from using We5 Social.
4. Offensive content: It has been clearly understood that social gathering is always filled with people of different age and different colour and different thinking' but to make our world a better place everyone one have come to realise that we need to respect each individual & remove dirt from our mind things like: Hate speech Bullying Abusive content Will not be accepted on We5 Social & also Note that you are responsible for any content you have shared on We5 which may cause harm to people or organization & if you're found breaching this terms you shall be handled accordingly.
5. Content removal request: We know that peoples right is important in human race & every individual's right is important to us ' we have also come to understand that in life there is a lot of short coming & losses in life & we also come to understand that people loose there precious one's everyday & most times our underage say or do certain things which brings embarrassment' therefore when these kind of things happen on We5, things like request for removal of account of a lost one or request for removal of offensive content shared by the under age , We5 Social takes this very important & we make sure this request is attended to' therefore if a such request is made we make sure this person pass all review before this is attended to . Note: this terms and policy shall never be breached in any way or any form and anyone found breaching this policy shall be handled accordingly & this policy can be changed at any time and whenever this terms has been changed be sure we will notify you through your email or through the We5 Social newsfeed.
